A shared folder and a shared camera are not the same thing

The usual shared album is a cloud folder several people can add to. It works, but it depends on every guest remembering to open it after the wedding and upload what they shot. What actually arrives is the photos from the organised few, days late, mixed in with screenshots.

A shared album with a reveal flips the order. Instead of asking for photos afterwards, you hand out a camera during the party. Guests shoot inside the event itself, so every photo lands in the album already, tagged with the name of whoever took it. Nobody has to do anything once the party ends.

The second difference shows up during the reception. Because photos stay hidden until the reveal, nobody stops to check the result, edit or post. Guests shoot more loosely, and opening the album becomes a second moment of the wedding, days later.

How to set up your wedding album

It takes a few minutes and can be done weeks ahead. The event sits waiting until the date.

1. Create the eventSet the couple’s names, the wedding date, how many guests you expect and how many photos each one gets.
2. Choose when the camera closes and the album opensThe camera usually closes at the end of the party; the reveal can be the next morning or when you get back from the honeymoon.
3. Download the QR code and the invite cardThe QR comes as a black and white PNG with the link and the event code printed underneath, ready for the table cards.
4. Share it with your guestsThe QR on the tables and at the entrance covers people at the party; the link in the group chat covers whoever arrives late.
5. Reveal the albumOn the date you set, the album opens by itself for everyone at once, with an email going out to the guests.

What the couple gets at the end

The revealed album shows the party from dozens of points of view, with the name of whoever took each photo. Alongside it come the automatic highlights: the first and last photo of the night, the hour the party peaked, and who shot the most.

The couple moderates what stays. Any photo can be hidden or deleted, before or after the reveal. The album can be open to everyone holding the event link or visible only to the two of you.

To keep the photos, download them one at a time or all at once as a ZIP, with the film filter you chose already baked into the image.

What it costs

Payment is one-time per event, with no subscription, and the price depends only on the guest count: free up to 5, R$ 9.99 up to 10, R$ 24.99 up to 25, R$ 59.99 up to 50, R$ 119.99 up to 100, R$ 179.99 up to 150 and R$ 239.99 up to 200. That is roughly US$ 2 to US$ 45 at current rates. Above 200 guests, we quote it.

You can try it for nothing first: an event with up to 5 guests is free and shows exactly what a guest sees. Payment is by PIX or card, and if more guests turn up than you planned, the dashboard lets you buy extra seats during the party itself.
