The reveal: the album opens all at once

Nobody sees a single photo during the party. Images upload to the event and stay stored until the date the couple set, usually the next morning or the return from the honeymoon.

On the date, the gallery opens by itself and everyone is emailed. That turns delivery into an occasion: instead of photos trickling into a group chat for days, the whole party appears at once and guests start talking about it again.

The couple can also bring the reveal forward at any point, if waiting proves too hard.

What the gallery shows

The grid carries every photo with the name of whoever took it, which changes how the album reads: you see the same scene through three different people and understand where each group was standing.

Alongside come the automatic highlights: the first and last photo of the night, the hour the party was busiest, and the ranking of who shot the most.

The film filter chosen when the event was created applies to the display and is also baked into the downloaded files. There are five: Original, Classic, Vintage, black and white, and Cold. The filter can be changed later, even with the album already revealed.

Who can see it and what the couple controls

The host moderates the album: any photo can be hidden or deleted, before or after the reveal. A blurry shot, a photo somebody disliked of themselves, anything that should not be there comes out with one tap.

Visibility is the couple’s call too. The album can be open to everyone holding the event link or visible only to the two of you. There is no public page indexed by Google carrying your wedding photos: access is always through the event link.

Each guest accepts an image consent notice when joining the event, logged with date, time and version, which keeps the use of the photos in order under Brazilian data protection law.

Downloading and keeping the photos

You can download photo by photo from the grid or everything at once as a ZIP. Downloads come at full resolution with the filter already applied.

The grid itself loads light thumbnails of around 400 pixels, so an album of a hundred photos opens quickly even on venue mobile data, and the full image is only fetched when you open a photo or ask for the download.

How long the gallery stays online

From the reveal, the album stays available for 6 months on paid plans and 3 months on the free plan. The deadline shows in the album itself and on the event page, so nobody is caught out.

Beyond the on-screen notice, the host gets reminder emails 30, 7 and 1 day before the deadline, with a button to download the album. Downloads are never blocked before that.

If you want the gallery up for longer, you can extend it by 12 months for R$ 19.99, paid once. Either way the safest move is to pull the ZIP and keep it somewhere of your own. The gallery is the shop window, not the vault.
